Kelsey is a visionary leader, community builder, and changemaker whose work continues to strengthen the fabric of the Twin Cities. As the CEO of InControl, she is redefining quality of life for adults with disabilities through innovative in-home wellness services serving communities across six metro counties. As the co-founder of Strengthen The Strong, she has helped cultivate one of the region’s most influential leadership communities, growing the organization from a small gathering of 12 professionals to a thriving network of more than 1,000 members.

Her leadership and impact have earned her the Entrepreneurial Spirit Award from the University of Minnesota and recognition as one of the 50 Black Leaders You Need to Know by the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal. More importantly, Kelsey has dedicated her career to creating spaces where people feel welcomed, valued, and empowered to belong.

Her mission—to make everyone feel seen, loved, and welcome—is a reflection of the values that define Playfessionals and the spirit of Saturday Soirée.
