Young Male Enrichment Program is a Minneapolis-based nonprofit committed to transforming outcomes for young Black men (ages 14–24) through holistic\, culturally grounded youth development. Launched in 2024\, B.E.S.T. supports Black male scholars from 9th grade through college and into early career\, providing 8–10 years of consistent\, intentional support. The mission of B.E.S.T. is to empower young Black males to excel academically and personally\, leading to college graduation and successful entry into professional
