The Fairway Foundation was founded in 1993 by members of the 3M Championship, the Minnesota Golf Association and the Minnesota Section of the PGA. In 2005, St. Paul based Personal Enrichment Programs for African Americans (PEPAA) whose golf & scholarship program “Sponsor a Future Tiger” had a parallel mission and goals,joined forces to better serve those that would not otherwise be exposed to the great game of golf. Together we are well position to continue our service to the Twin Cities under represented populations

The Black, Educated, Successful, Thriving (B.E.S.T.) Young Male Enrichment Program is a Minneapolis-based nonprofit committed to transforming outcomes for young Black men (ages 14–24) through holistic, culturally grounded youth development. Launched in 2024, B.E.S.T. supports Black male scholars from 9th grade through college and into early career, providing 8–10 years of consistent, intentional support. The mission of B.E.S.T. is to empower young Black males to excel academically and personally, leading to college graduation and successful entry into professional careers.
